Degassing, drying and transferring -Topv vacuum technology can be applied to various processes in plastics industry.
1. Degassing of extruder
During the processing, the thermoplastic plastic is melted in the extruder and degassed in the threaded part of the extruder. Sui Cheng vacuum device is used to extract gas and steam components from melts. All low-molecular-weight materials are extracted to obtain the best quality of thermoplastic plastic, with smooth shape, higher strength, better insulation performance and lower gas production speed.
Two. The setting table (section)
The plastic material that melts and degassing in the extruder enters the continuous section of the shaping platform. Typically, these profiles are in pipes, or in various technical sections of windows, grooves, and medical pipes. The plastic material is pumped into the mold. In order to cool and lubricate, a water film is formed between the inside of the mold and the continuous working parts, and the air is stabilized by the Sui Cheng vacuum pump.
Three. Pneumatic conveying device
At different stages of production, plastic spherical materials must be transferred from one location to another, such as from storage tanks to desiccator. It can be automatically realized by pneumatic conveying device and can speed up. The piping is arranged from the starting point to the end point and connected to the Sui Cheng vacuum pump or compressor.

In the production of EPS parts and moulds, a side trench fan is first used to blow the pre expanded polystyrene drops into the mold and then pressurize by steam. Finally, it was polymerized and baked into moulded products. In order to avoid deformation in this process - for large pieces, it's easy to use 3 to 4 minutes - parts must be cooled. Vacuum devices are applied to these components to ensure that they will not be deformed and the moisture in them will evaporate quickly. The heat generated during evaporation is removed from the work piece to speed up the cooling process.
Vacuum molding is often called plastic molding. It is a kind of plastic processing technology. The main principle is to heat and soften the flat plastic hard sheet by vacuum adsorption on the surface of the mold, and after cooling it is formed to ensure that it will not be deformed.
